These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between Renowix Renovations (“Sameer Khan”) and you relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

Terms of Use

  • To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines the practices of Renowix Renovations (“Sameer Khan”) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Services, including our website and any related applications.

  • 1. Information we collect: Contact Information, Usage Data, Cookies & Tracking Technologies.
  • 2. How we collect information: Direct Interaction, Automated Technologies.
  • 3. Purpose of Data Collection: To provide and maintain Services, notify about changes, allow participation in features, and improve user experience.
  • 4. Sharing of your information: With service providers and legal authorities if required by law.
  • 5. Data Retention: We retain data only as necessary and delete it when no longer needed.

Refund And Cancellation Policy

1. General Principles

At Renowix Renovations, we operate on a “Systems-First” model where resources, labor, and materials are committed immediately upon project milestones. Because our services involve customized intellectual property and physical procurement, refunds are strictly governed by the stage of the project.

2. Booking Fee (The Filter)

  • The ₹199 Booking Fee paid via our website or payment link is non-refundable.

  • This fee covers the administrative cost of lead qualification and system onboarding. It does not guarantee project acceptance.

     

3. Design & Intellectual Property Refunds

  • Once the 2D layout phase or design brief has been initiated, the Design Fee (typically 10-15% of project value) is 100% non-refundable.

  • This is because the intellectual labor and architectural planning have already been deployed by our senior team.

     

4. Project Cancellation & Settlement

In the event a client chooses to terminate a project after execution has started, the refund will be calculated by deducting the following from the total amount paid:

  • Deduction A: 100% of the Design/Architectural Fee.

     

  • Deduction B: 100% of Consumed Material and Labor (as logged in the Renowix App/SPOP system).

     

  • Deduction C: 5% of the Total Project Value as a “Contractual Kill-Fee” to cover management and opportunity costs.

     

5. Refund Processing

  • If a balance remains after the above deductions, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer within 7 working days.

     

  • No cash refunds will be issued to maintain financial integrity and GST compliance.

     

6. Force Majeure & Society Restrictions

Renowix is not liable to provide refunds for delays caused by external factors such as Society/RWA restrictions, government regulations, or non-availability of client-specified imported materials.
